1. Platform Integration & Data Collection
Replytavia operates as a visual workflow automation builder for social media platforms. To function, we collect the following:
- Account Info: Your name, email, and billing details when you sign up.
- Meta Platform Authorizations: Through official OAuth processes, we request permissions to read and send messages on behalf of your connected Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, and WhatsApp Business numbers.
- Workflow Data: The nodes, triggers, actions, and logic rules you build within our canvas.
- Subscriber Data: When your users interact with your automated flows, we temporarily process their Public Profiles (Name, Profile Pic) and message content as required by the Meta APIs to execute your workflow actions.
2. Meta Compliance
We are built on official Meta APIs. We strictly adhere to the Facebook Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business terms. Replytavia does NOT scrape data or bypass official APIs. You remain the Data Controller of your subscribers' data, and we act solely as a Data Processor.
3. How We Use Data
- To execute the automated chat workflows (nodes) you design.
- To provide analytics (click-through rates, open rates) within your dashboard.
- To process subscription payments.
- To maintain platform security and debug system errors.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data or your subscribers' data. We share data only with essential infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS for hosting, Stripe for payments) or when explicitly required by law.
5. Security
We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS for data in transit). Your access tokens for Meta platforms are securely stored and routinely rotated according to Meta's security guidelines.
6. Your Rights
You can disconnect your Meta accounts from Replytavia at any time via your settings or via your Facebook/Instagram security settings. This will immediately halt all workflow automations. You may also request complete deletion of your account and workflow data by contacting us.
